Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received the goods, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

In order to benefit from a return, your article must be unused and in the same conditions in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include everything it has been provided.

Different types of goods are exempt from the return. Consumable goods such as ink, cartridges or spare parts for penne cannot be returned once open and/or used. Also, we do not accept rendered for personalized or modified products.

Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards

To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send the purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some situations in which only partial reimbursements are granted:
* Packs with evident signs of use
* Any article not in its original conditions, damaged or missing parties for reasons not due to our error.
* Any article returned more than 30 days after delivery

Reimbursement

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we received your return article. We will also inform you of the approval or refusal of the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method, within a certain period of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account before again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take time before the refund is officially published.
So contact your bank. Often it is necessary for the processing time before a refund is recorded.

Exchanges

GIFTS

If the item has been marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once you have received the returned item, you will be sent a gift voucher.

If the item has not been marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the donor sent the order to give it later, we will send a refund to the donor and he will discover your return.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for the payment of your shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
